High purity quartz sand, Purityof 99.99%

High purified quartz sand is refined and purified by nature quartz from high quality pegmatite deposits, through smashing, hand picking, burning, multiple-crushing, re-select and purifying, grinding, classifying, shaping, high electric and super magnetic mineral processing, special ultra sound treatment and high temperature gasification with models of HANQ5, HANQ4, HANQ3, HANQ2, HANQ1 matching SiO₂ purity of 99.995%, 99.996%, 99.997%, 99.998% and 99.999% respectively. Their particle sizes are normally ranging between 60-250μm, and can be adjusted as required between 38-500μm.

Application

HANQ5-HANQ1 quartz sand is suitable for manufacture of high purity quartz products such as: quartz stick, quartz tube, quartz fiber, ingots, large size crucibles for semiconductor elements, diffuser, optical fiber, high temperature light tube, optical elements and electronic optical fibers and precision Laboratory ware.
